Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment for products in stock.

Home delivery and possible relay points: to be specified on the order. The GLS module provides the list of active relay points, the customer selects the point chosen when ordering. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.

Particular care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

Packages are oversized and protected.

Receiving your order:

Upon receipt of your order, unpack and carefully check your product in the presence of the delivery person, even if the packaging is intact.

Before signing or if you decide to refuse the package, write on the delivery slip all the reservations and observations that you consider useful, in particular concerning damage related to transport (specify if the packaging is damaged: torn protective film, damaged packaging, open or ripped box, etc.).

Do not sign under pressure from the delivery person. If he does not agree, specify the reason on the delivery note: 'the delivery person did not wish to attend the unpacking during the inspection of the package'.

This is your right and your only means of contesting any damage. The words "subject to unpacking" have no legal value.

Returns of goods

To return an item, simply go to your customer area and indicate the product(s) you wish to return.

After validation of the return by our customer service, you will need to place the return slip in the package and send the package via the carrier of your choice (shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a product defect), to the following address:
